Returns
Infraglow accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories and packaging included. To start a return, email Infraglowcontact@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note explaining the issue. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
When your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds take around 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund has not appeared after this timeframe, check with your bank first, then contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning correctly, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, items missing parts or packaging, and products returned after the 30 day window are not eligible for return. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, contact your bank or card provider. If you still need help, reach out to Infraglowcontact@gmail.com and we will assist.
